Where are the items shipped from?

Our main warehouse is based near Milan, Italy. All orders are fulfilled from this single location. We utilise the negotiated shipping rates that are most economical and reliable, so that the items are arriving to you in due course and do not break the bank. 

European shipping of your order

Complimentary shipping on orders over £500.

Expected time to shipment after placing the order - 3- 10 days (dependent on location).

International shipping of your order

Complimentary shipping on orders over £500.

Expected time to shipment after placing the order - 3-15 days (dependent on location).

Customs and import charges

Dependent on location of shipment, additional charges may need to be paid upon receiving the parcel (applicable for all non EU shipments). Due to Covid-19 this may also result in delay in you receiving the goods, especially when goods are shipped to the UK (due to Brexit).

Tracking your shipment

Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with the tracking link. We are shipping with TNT or FedEx Economy within EU and with Express outside of the EU. Up to date shipping rates are visible at the checkout.

COVID 19 impact on speed of your shipment

Please note that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation your shipment might take longer to arrive to you. Our partners are doing everything possible to deliver the items to you as soon as they can.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and returns must occur within 14 days from the package’s arrival to the customer’s shipping address. All items must be returned with all original tags intact, clean, unworn, without damage, and be in the original packaging to receive an exchange or full refund. We do not accept returns for personalized, altered or monogrammed items.  Please use the return label enclosed in your box.

Please contact us before shipping the products back specifying that you wish to exchange the item.

These items are outlet are on final sale and cannot be returned: hosiery, custom orders, and items marked 'on sale'. We will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, missing tags, or returned after 14 days. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser’s address. Please try on bottoms over your own panties.

We kindly ask you to consider CO2 emissions before placing an order as we try to steer away from unnecessary contributions during the return process. If you are unsure about the size, colour or fit of the designs, we welcome you to get in touch with our team via email or IG. We are there to help you for the online fitting.

Returning an item

To return your product, please use the return sticker enclosed in the package. If the sticker is not attached, please send the receipt for the return of the goods to our contact email to be reimbursed. No priority mail and first class service will be reimbursed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds and Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and approval of exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days from approval.
